When the Latitude launched in 2011 it quickly became a best selling ‘do everything’ jacket and pants. For 2018 Klim have refined the design with a core focus on long distance touring and travel. Packed full of features and technology, the Latitude will help you travel further with a new level of safety and comfort.
Guaranteed to keep you dry
The Latitude is built around Gore-Tex performance shell technology. Gore waterproof membrane is laminated to the garment providing a high level of waterproofness and breathability. This technology and choice of fabrics allows the garment to remain incredibly light whilst at the same time shedding water from the outside.
Venting on the Latitude has been increased to 6 ports. The single vent across the shoulders has been replaced with 2 large vertical zipped ports on the lower back. Generous vents on the forearms allow for better airflow up and through the arms. Internally the liner has been fully redesigned and includes climate cooling material inside the armour pockets which help provide extra relief when moving slowly on hot days.
The Latitude utilises market leading D3O armour for impact protection. Abrasion resistance comes from a new lighter and more playable 840D cordura as well as tough goatskin leather in key abrasion zones.
Built for travel
Klim have built the Latitude around the needs of long distance touring riders who spend day after day in their riding gear. This travel focus includes 11 pockets in the jacket designed for convenience and security. An internal hidden passport pocket as well as an additional internal hidden document pocket enable you to keep the essentials with you at all times.
