If you are looking for the toughest most hard wearing sprockets for your KTM, the search stops here!

Ironman Front Sprockets are constructed of through-hardened, shock-resistant die steel. Most front sprockets sold today are "case hardened", meaning that only a thin outer layer of steel is hardened. Below that layer is soft steel.

Ironman Front Sprockets are heat treated to as hard as bearing races all the way through, giving them the ultimate in toughness and wear resistance.

How can they have such a hard material without being brittle?Shock-resistant die steel is the answer. This is the same steel used to punch holes through 1" thick plates of steel, on high speed punch presses.

Don't settle for inferior sprockets!

If you want the ultimate chain and sprocket kit, check out the Adventure-Spec's exclusive set featuring DID VX2 gold X-ring chain, spare links, fresh sprocket bolts plus Ironman Sprockets front and rear. Save a packet on the individual parts!

Please ensure you are tensioning your chain properly when running Ironman sprockets. If your chain is too tight even Ironman sprockets will wear quickly (and more worryingly you are probably doing a lot of damage to your gearbox output shaft bearing). In short, make sure there is play in your chain with your bike fully loaded with you sat on it. It is not sufficient to have 20mm of chain play with your bike unloaded on its side stand...

    • Hi
      Does 14t Ironman front sprocket fitts KTM 690 enduro R - 2014?
Can the 14t be bought in KTM 690 package you are selling?
    • The only Dirt Tricks sprocket that fits the KTM 690 is the model specific KTM 690 15 Tooth Sprocket (part number KTM2-15). This is due to the different spline arrangement.
      Hope that helps.

Great sprockets. Because there not just case hardened they last so much longer. Use them for rally's so no need to take a spare, even in the sand.
