    • Hallo

      I have a 660 z 2008.
do i need the as-std-bar-ris or the as-fat-bar-ris?
      Whats the difference?

      Jan
    • Jan,

You need to measure your handlebar diameter where the clamps sit. If the diameter is 22mm then you need a Std bar riser. If the diameter is 28mm then you need a Fat bar riser. Some bikes come with Fat bars as standard e.g. KTM, others come with Std bars from new i.e. Honda. BUT, sopmetimes previous owners can swap bars from the OEM to an aftermarket set, so its usually best to measure.

      Hope that helps.

    • Can I fit to my CRF250L without the need to change brake, throttle, clutch and electrical cables?
    • Yes, that should be fine. We fitted some to our project bike and all went smoothly.

    • Do these fit a 2012 KTM 990?
    • Nigel,

Yes the fat bar kit will do, but check your cable lengths before ordering. KTM are notoriously tight with their fitting lengths.

      Hope that helps.

    • Hi,
Would these fit a KTM 640 Adventure without changing any cables etc?

      Thanks
    • Matt,

Impossible to say definitively unless you try it. I had a 2003 640 Adventure and added 2" bar risers without any problems, but KTM regularly seem to change cable lengths year-on-year and more recently require cable changes for bikes like the 690...

Sorry we can't be more specific for you.

    • Will this kit work with the standard Triumph Tiger XC bars?
    • You must select the correct bar diameter, but if this is correct it should work perfectly.

    • Will these fit an Africa Twin (RD07a) without any further mods etc? (note: HEL front brake hoses are fitted which are a little longer than the OEM hose; all other cables are OEM). Many thanks.
    • Unfortunately all bikes are slightly different and unless we have fitted these to the exact make and model that you are riding ourselves we try not to make promises about fitting. That said I am aware that these have been fitted to Africa Twins before for our 'AIm for The Horizon' project so I am confident that all should be well.

    • Hi AS

Will the std. version fit a 2017 Honda XR250L.

      Thank you
    • We've not tried it, but there's no reason why not!

Good risers.........but! Review by Harty

I know for risers these are cheap, but I've had the bolts in now for less that two months and the inside of the heads are completely rusty. Perhaps a better quality allen bolt should be used.
