With a 5mm aircraft grade aluminium centre section mounted to tough steel mounts the guard really performs. Side panels of 4mm aluminium keep weight down while providing plenty of protection from  flying rocks and tip overs.

We incorporated an area in the front of the guard to take a tool-pouch with enough room to keep the heavy stuff, like chain breakers, levers and big sockets. The space takes a Kriega tool-roll perfectly or whatever else yo ucan slot in. There are slots in the box panel to allow the fitment of a webbing strap to keep everything in place (not included, be creative!). We tested the clearance with a Desert tyre on at maximum compression and fork flex. so theres plenty of clearance!

The front mount features a machined spacer plate to give a perfect fit with the curved casting to the front of the LC8's engine. All fastenings are stainless and all fittings are powdercoated to match the colour of your guard
