Buzzetti Professional Tyre Lever Description
Any expert will tell you that if there is effort involved whilst you're trying to replace a tyre then you're doing it wrong....Hmmm.
We reckon that to change a tyre efficiently you need one of two things. An expert, or a bloody big tyre lever. For us mortals Buzzetti have kindly invented the 'Pro'. A superb tyre iron used to change Mooses and Michelin Desert tyres, both notoriously difficult to move.
At 371mm long with a 48mm curve to ensure easy rim access this lever will give even the most inexperienced tyre changer a fighting chance.
We would recommend one of these and a single lightweight aluminum tyre lever with a ring spanner to suit your wheel nuts (see related products) .

I've had a pair of these for over 5 years and changed many trail bike tyres with them (TW302, MT21, TKC 80, MT43). I have to agree with the description that they are WAY better than the usual pieces of pressed steel sheet. The square end is useful to break the bead and the lip at the curved end really does reduce the risk of nipping the tube when fitting the tyre. My only disagreement with the review is to say that you should get 2. (Posted on 05/10/2011)Overall rating
