Questions on Klim Chinook Pant

- Are these reasonably waterproof especially at the seat and behind the legs and light enough for trials riding
- The Chinook Pant is not designed to be waterproof in any way, although all its materials are water resistant (i.e they are an all synthetic construction apart form the inner knee leather patches) and super quick drying. Whether the pant is light enough for trials riding is personal choice, but I know Graham Jarvis uses his Chinook Pants for trials riding and I was out in a pair on my GAS GAS 270 on Saturday and Sunday and I love them.
