Craig returned to the UK yesterday exhausted after two weeks of intense international competition and a plethora of injuries.
His head injury and ribs will fix themselves over time, as will his broken fingers, but his after inspection his elbow has been diagnosed worthy of an operation which Craig hopes to get sorted during a two [...]

Despite being diagnosed with concussion after his previous days acrobatic antics down waterfalls Craig chose to ride day 4 preferring a finish regadless of his placing.
Despite stopping to be sick and complaining of, 'not remembering much of the days riding', his finish time still placed him an astounding third fastest rider for day four only [...]

After putting in a superb performance over the last few days Craig lost over 10 hours to the lead today, his total days riding adding up to 16 hours!!
Unsuprisingly after such a long day we havnt heard anything from him (sleep was probably a number 1 priority!) and dont know whether the failure was human [...]

Despite his injuries Craig's second day of racing over a seven hour period produced some outstanding riding and saw him lose only a single place to Sepp Hanenauer of the Bergstadl Racing Team. (Later in the week Sepp was disqualified for missing 3 checkpoints on day 2 giving Craig a 10 minute lead over second [...]

Riding like a guy without lots of unattached bits of bone in his body Craig showed his class today with a win of the Expert Solo prologue.
He was diasppointed not be able to race in the Profesional Class but felt that with his current health issues he ought to be taking it easy...

Once a racer, always a racer! Despite promises to 'take it easy' with his broken finger and elbow it seems that Craig was well and truly back on form today as he decimated his competition in the Expert Class making the short hard prologue look distinctly tame.

Craig Bounds limped away from the ISDE with a final 13th place in his class out of 73 teams. Not bad for a guy riding with a broken elbow and finger!

Craig has chosen to compete in this years Redbull Romaniacs despite his injuries. Originally planning to take part in the, 'Pro', class he has chosen to move himself to 'Expert Solo' in an attempt to allow his body a little more space to recover.
