Adventure-Spec's resident extreme enduro demi-god has written a new chapter in the sport's history.
From the outset he proved far to strong for the other favourites, including defending champion Chris Birch and 2009 winner Andreas Lettenbichler. Graham's dominant prologue victory set the tone for what was to come with a win on the first day by over 21 minutes. Only Chris Birch could put up any real resistance with a win by 3 minutes on the second off-road day.
After 400 miles of the gnarliest terrain the Carpathian Mountains has to offer Graham won by 45 mins from New Zealand's Chris Birch and Germany's Andreas Lettenbichler. Paul Bolton of Great Britain came fourth.
It seems the Husaberg, Goldentyre and Klim combo is really working for Graham!

Other performances of note from Adventure-Spec associated riders came from Guy Chandler (6th Expert Single), Maciej Swinarski (of MotoSyberia fame, 30th Hobby Single), Jago Pickering (Team Desert Rose Racing, 38th Hobby Single) and last but certainly by no means least, Ross Noble and Clive Town (Team Desert Rose Racing, 15th Hobby Team). You are all crazy and we salute you!

We often get asked what the Redbull Romaniacs has got to do with 'adventure motorcycling', well, like the Dakar, it is absolutely 100% an adventure. If you're a fan of riding motorcycles off-road, you just will not get a better opportunity to ride in awe inspiring mountains on terrain you would never even consider as rideable. Every day the riders step out into the unknown, never knowing what the Crazy Bike club organizers have in store for them. The event pushes riders to their limits and beyond, both mentally and physically.
