We put this bracket together to allow you to mount a pair of the excellent Vision X solstice Solo 10w LED lights to your Yamaha XT660z Tenere.

The two lights sit perfectly protected and barely visible under your main light until turned on...

During a recent trip to North Africa a single VisionX solstice solo was used to ride many 100's of Km over virgin desert at night allowing comfortable riding speeds up to 40mph. Two of these units together produce a huge amount of light and are impervious to heat, cold, vibration, water and dust (they are so tough they are even used on the NASA lunar lander!). Not being HID based you can also turn the units on and off repeatedly like a standard headlight bulb.

There are a number of different options for a lighting setup, but we have found a 'wide beam' wired into the feed for the bikes TAIL light (always on whether hi or low beam) and a spot wired into the high beam make an excellent setup that is operated from the standard switchgear.... A superbly simple and effective auxilary lighting solution kicking out some serious lighting lumens!
