- Eh up. Do you hold stock of the 2nd gen model? I need a size you currently don't have available on your website.
- Phil,
We are expecting delivery of the new Adventure Rally Jacket in Feb next year. Until then we have only the sizes listed on our site.
Sorry about that. Click on the 'Notify me about updates ' link on the top of the page to hear as soon as we have a delivery date.
Hope that helps. - Do you find this question helpful? Yes No

- Whats the fit of the jacket ? Is it true to size or one size larger as Badlands ? I usually wear size 50 jacket (60 european), 40 inches waist, 240 lbs. Is XXL ok ?
- Please see the sizing info chart in the appropriate section on the Badlands Jacket. A 60 european is right on the border of an XL or an XXL. If you intend to ride with a warmth layer on I would recommend the XXL otherwise the XL should bge fine.

- Excellent adventure riding kit. Review by Eskil

Bought this in June 2010 and don't regret the purcgase for a second.Overall rating
- Waterproof when all vents and pockets are closed.
- Ventilation when needed ( vents in front and back create nice airflow on hot rides )
- The inbuilt harness system distributes the weight ergonomically when all pockets are uses for utility items.
- Dries far quicker after rainy rides than any cordura jacket I've ever owned since the Gore-Tex Proshell places the waterproof membrane on the outside
- Some Rukka Proshell suits are even more expensive and won't function as well for sweaty all-weather adventure rides on challenging surface due to lack of ventilation and cargo pockets
- I ride here in Norway during 3 seasons ( 35 000km on 4 different bikes ) and have never owned a better jacket for our climate zone.
Limitations: Very few, but the sheer bulk, weight and complexity of this jacket makes it less suited for hard, physical enduro, trail and MX in slow-riding, very physically demanding terrain and hot, high humidity tropical climate. A lighter enduro-jacket or thinner competition-shell is a better option then - giving less sweat factor.
This is a serious adventure-touring jacket for the long haul, rally-riding and all-weather adventure rides. I'm a very happy owner in this category and cannot recommend it enough. You won't regret this purchase if you like long hauls and don't want the outer-shell soaking of a conventional cordura jacket with an inner waterproofing membrane. Klim quality and Adventure-Spec design involvement shines through in this suit. I've simply never owned a better jacket in 34 years of motorcycling.
best regards from a very satisfied Norway user! (Posted on 29/04/2012)
